Terms and Conditions: 

Our memberships require a minimum of a three month commitment. Payments are charged the same day you sign up for your membership. All payments are recurring monthly thereafter. Memberships and discounts cannot be shared with another person. Services cannot be exchanged for any other services of equal or lesser value. Unused services do not roll over to the next month. Discounts for products and services cannot be used on gift cards. Gift cards cannot be used to pay for your membership fees. Membership fees are subject to change upon notification. You will be charged 50% of the total remaining months' membership fees if you wish to terminate your contract early. We require a written notice 30 days in advance from the member to terminate your contract. Skinsational Medspa reserves the right to terminate your membership at any time. We request at least a 24 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment. Appointments canceled within 24 hours or for which clients are a 'no-show' will be charged 50% of their total service cost.
